10. ADDITIONAL TERMS

Purchaser, venue and artist agree not to participate in any ticket upgrades, premium seating fees, club seats, unlimited attendance passes, season ticket options, concert series packages, ticket auctions or any other ticket program aside from the agreed to ticket pricing and configuration stated in the contract.
Day of show ticket price increase variable will adjust the ARTIST walk out potential estimate on the cover page of this agreement.
GBOR (Gross Box Office Receipts) is defined as total ticket sales. NBOR (Net Box Office Receipts) is defined as total ticket sales less state sales tax and approved ticket fees.
Artist to use house production.
Venue will sell tickets through their ticket broker.
Unused comps will be available for sale and will contribute to the GBOR.
Unless otherwise stated in this agreement, artist will not pay any non-resident state or city taxes.
Artist musician configuration is subject to change.
The PURCHASER will not commit the ARTIST to any promotional activities, interviews, or appearances, without prior permission from the ARTIST's representatives.
The attached addendum and rider are hereby made part of this contract.
No additional support acts will be added without ARTIST'S approval.
