Once delivered and approved, Lender's services are complete — though Lender must still meet all obligations and warranties in this agreement.
Recording Fee: Lender will be paid $[ ] for Lender's recording and performance work on the Master.
Master Royalty: Lender will earn [MASTER POINTS]% of the Net Receipts from the Master revenue after recoupment of approved expenses in the amount of $[ ].
