(1) No additional compensation apart from what is outlined above shall be paid to the CREW MEMBER unless the tour schedule changes. (2) CREW MEMBER shall be paid "Standard Rates" per show on all shows unless there are three or more consecutive shows confirmed together; then CREW MEMBERS receive "Tour Rates". (3) Additional expenses shall be reimbursed only if approved in advance and in writing (email) by ARTIST's business manager or manager. (4) Per diem applies only to non-show days on tour and shall be paid through payroll. (5) CREW MEMBER is not entitled to any compensation if CREW MEMBER does not perform the role, for any reason. (6) If a show is canceled less than thirty (30) days before the show date, CREW MEMBER shall be paid twenty percent (20%) of the compensation allocated to the canceled show date(s) only. (7) If a show is rescheduled, CREW MEMBER's compensation for that show shall apply to the rescheduled date only if CREW MEMBER is available to work that date. (8) CREW MEMBER is solely responsible for insuring, transporting and maintaining all equipment required to perform the role. CREW MEMBER's personal equipment remains CREW MEMBER's sole property and responsibility, and ARTIST ENTITY shall not be liable for any loss, damage or theft of it.
(1) Comply with the tour edict and terms previously agreed to. (2) Comply with the non-disclosure agreement previously executed. (3) Notify ARTIST management immediately of any change in the status of CREW MEMBER's background check. (4) Remain free of drugs and alcohol for the entire duration of the tour date(s).
